Our Quantity Surveyors will price your project in detail with a transparent fully schedual list. Starting back at Concept design preliminary budgets are worked through to detailed costings at working drawing stage these include all products and service quotations. This creates a bottom line cost and fixed price. So you have full confidence of no cost over runs, In addition a detailed cost schedual gives you the flexibility to change any items during construction with out incurring huge variation costs.
If you already have your plans completed then we can also provide quotations on these.
Project Management
Build Connect oversees construction and supports you and our builder; providing a dedicated project manager to ensure that your project runs smoothly from the outset.
Legal contracts/variations and payments are directly between you and Build Connect giving you the peace of mind that comes from knowing your hard-earned investment is being made directly with the team that are focused squarely on your project. There are no middle men in a Build Connect project!
