About This Plan

Designed for a sloping site, the family wanted to achieve a design where they could still keep the house to one level and retain all the panoramic views. This called for some persuasion to allow the service areas to be set below the main bedrooms and secondary living spaces effectively elevating the main living plateau, enhancing an already entrancing view.
